Warranty & Returns
We offer a “30 Day” Warranty on all our products. If you experience issues with your product, please contact us to see if we can help you fix the issue first before returning the product to us. Should we not be able to resolve the issue, we will exchange your product. This does not include any items that have water damage (Besides water proof products) or any other physical damage caused by the purchaser.
Warranty void:
- If goods are not in original packaging and complete with all original components
- If goods show signs of damage
- If goods show signs of physical alteration
- If goods show signs of tampering
- If goods show signs of power damage
- If signs of water damage (Besides on waterproof products)
If product are within it’s “30 day” warranty period and passed all requirements of Warranty Void requirements above, the product can be returned and upon inspection and approval of Henractech Support team credit can be supplied to the value of the product to be used by purchaser on any future purchase at anytime and will remain valid for a period of 6 Months.
